Has anyone had this issue with their seal line bag? Its a small piece that aids in the connection between the shoulder straps and the bag itself. I emailed Seal Line and they are saying this bag is "past its life span" so it wont repair or replace.

I haven't tried to take anything off yet - wondering if I could get something 3d printed for relatively cheap to repair it.

Would a neoprene patch like for a wetsuit work? I did a search for that and came up with numerous options that might work.

How old is it? Seems like a major copout on their part.

I wonder if some industrial strength glue meant for plastics or vinyl's would hold? Or could it be sewn back, and then seam-sealed from the inside?

LOTS of E6000 glue, followed by an external over-patch around the affected area of the same type vinyl coated fabric and more E6000. The original welded material has failed, and it doesn't look like there is much material to sew to around the failure, but if so, you could try. A local tack shop may have a machine strong enough to do that job. Good luck.

Aqua seal. Wicked strong and sticks well to Seal Line material. Don't know if it will handle that kind of load or not.
