A very good read. Jon & Erin Kelly on the Lost Lakes You tube were reading it on a video of the 3-week honeymoon trip they to Nueltin Lake which straddles the Manitoba-Nunavut border. It is part of the area where Mowat took a trip in 1947.

Boonie, that's funny. I watched that on YouTube (excellent video BTW) and have been thinking about the book since. I'm looking forward to reading it soon.

You'll enjoy it. It covers the area S & N of Nueltin then E to Hudson Bay. Highly recommend; a good writer.

I really enjoy reading Farley Mowat. The last one I read was “And No Birds Sang” about his world war 2 experience in Italy.

I watched that Lost Lakes video and that’s a book I eventually want to bring on a trip.
