Rose is a nice lake, us rangers did our best to clean up those sites on Rose east of Stairway Portage after the blow down in June of 23. We cut and cut, had to have the fire crew come in and finish opening up the site 3rd from the portage cause we didn't have enough time and people to do it.

May the rivers be crooked and winding, and your portages lonesome, leading to the most amazing view.
