Hi. I have about a 1.5 mm puncture in the stern of my Wenonah Wilderness (tuff weave) canoe. My plan is to gently sand and clean the area, but what would be the best adhesive/filler to mend the hole? It’s on the bottom (hull) so I don’t care about painting it.

Thanks. I picked some of this up. Hoping because the hoe is so small, it will suffice.

I would suggest you look at West Systems G Flex epoxy. I used this to repair a Royalex canoe with multiple cold cracks. If you look on-line there are some references that you may find useful. It all comes down to site prep which ironically usually involves making the hole/crack larger to obtain adhesive surface.
Good luck on the canoe repair.

I used the 10 minutes epoxy from Menards for for a couple holes on my Kevlar canoe last year and it has worked great so far, but as mentioned, prep work is what will make this successful or not.
