Smoked a few for family and friends. Brining is definitely the way to go!

Turkey breasts really are great on the Weber charcoal grill. I love them. My wife doesn't, unfortunately, as she doesn't like smokey meats very much. She will go along with marinated chicken breasts on the Weber, which are very good as well.

Although we haven't smoked or grilled it, we have liked the buttermilk brined turkey breast if you haven't tried that.

I have always been known in the family for making great oven roasted turkey. This year, I finally brined one and did it on my new Spider Huntsman grill in the new bbq shack I built off the side of the patio.

There is no way I will ever eat a turkey again that has not been brined if I have the choice.

Yours look delicious!
