Any word? I think it was supposed to be discussed today in the House.

Don't shoot the messenger, but the bill appears to have passed the house. :(

A very sad day for all who enjoy the BW. Praying this doesn't get past Senate

The last couple of weeks I’ve been thinking to myself “the Boundary Waters is the only place that makes sense anymore.”

Today was the constant reminder for vigilance. It was difficult to catch Stauber’s actions in the midst of everything else.

My hope is it gets hung up in additional litigation due to the unusual method it was brought up to vote again. Anything to throw sand in the gears and I mean anything. Whatever it takes to make Chile less wealthy.

This is a sore spot for me. I would still be opposed if it were a Minnesota company with Minnesotan workers but….the taste would a little less bitter.

For those wanting to do a little research:

Antofagasta PLC

What, don't we all want to help the Chilean billionaires get another Gulfstream G800 (or two)?!

Let's not be selfish - send the wealth from our natural resources to those who need it most. Chilean billionaires.
