Noodle, except this river looks distinctly different due to the direction the wind is blowing and the shape of the clouds.

The key is the water! I'm surprised that no one said to look at the reflectivity of the water. Reflections with the current, against the current, or on a still lake can be a dead giveaway to what body of water NTL is, right??
