What Canoecopia presentations are you planning to hit for presentation?

Of course, Jerry and Band are great! Get a seat early!

Straighthairedcurly is presenting "How to Go Solo at Any Age".

Miguel Garcia-Gosalvez who I met for the first time at last year's dinner is speaking on "Canoeing Solo: The Inner Journey".

Admittedly, my last solo was in the fall of 2002 into Little John Lake and the pikes so I may have to take both of these in.

A number of our sponsors are also exhibiting and speaking so if you swing by their booth give them a thanks for help keeping the flying moose flying into it's 25th Year. Fishell Paddles, Cooke Custom Sewing, Lodge of Whispering Pines, Clearwater Lodge and Outfitters, Friends of the Boundary Waters, Seagull Outfitters, Spirit of the Wilderness, Voyageur North, and Northern Tier.

And last but not least join the dinner if you can.

I don't know how I made it through the selection process (haha) but I get to present on November Canoe Trips this year. It'll be a fun little talk on dealing with ice and snow and short days while extending the paddling season through October, November, and into December (and out from May into April.)

So many incredible presenters (as always.) It'll kinda be a bummer to miss the ones presenting the same time as me, but that's why a bunch of them happen twice!

Great topic! I might try to squeeze in an October/November trip if I can get venison in the freezer before the rut.

I'm Misha's husband, and while she wont be down there, I'll likely be around the booth quite a bit talking with Pete, Dave and Jake. Looking forward to the presentation!

Super cool. Guess I'll be seeing you at the Friends' booth then. Haha

Hey Treebear, don't keep us in suspense. When are you presenting?

Are she and her father the ones who have been chronicling their journey across all of the BWCA over the past couple of summers. The stories are in the bwj (Stu's)

Unintentional suspense. Haha. I believe I'm in the program as 5:30 Friday and 2:30 Saturday - in the Bear Room fittingly enough. Riley Smith since they didn't ask for our BWCA.com monikers for some reason? Haha

For those planning to attend the presentations and dinner, know that might be ugly on the way home. There's about a foot of snow forecast late Saturday and all day Sunday. Madison, WI 10-day
