Planning a September trip to Moose Lake / William and Hall outfitter. We will just be staying in and day tripping. I have never been on Moose Lake. Fishing and relaxing are the plans. Any stories or tips are appreciated. Thanks.

I've enjoyed the islands in the channel between Moose and Newfound as nice lunch stops.

My only experience with Moose was staying at La Tourell's and getting a taxi up to Sucker/Birch. Moose is your classic big lake with big lake waves when the weather is doing its big wind thing. The taxi was a MUST for us as that would have been a hell of a paddle, especially since it started raining right at 7AM
