A friend and I are paddling from Crane Lake to Lake Superior. I’m trying to figure out the best way to shuttle from one end to the other. I live in Duluth so I’m thinking about going up and leaving my truck a couple days before and taking the SHT shuttle back to Duluth. I believe one of our wives is gonna drive us up to the EP to launch.

Is there any other shuttle services or outfitters that make the drive from one end to the other? Anyone that has done this route willing to share what they did?

Piragis does this - but with a large group so the cost is down. With a small group the cost would be much higher..
However-
Over the 5 Kruger Challenges I have done- there have been several individuals that have needed a taxi from Grand Portage to Duluth or Twin Cities before the main group comes back to ELY with Piragis. Her name was "Harriet" and get ahold of GRANDMA L on the thread linked. I have not done the challenge in the past few years but Grandma L should be able to point out if Harriet still does the taxi service.
