Nice Report...below is a quote from your trip report...This used to really piss me off, till I started fly fishin and now I have learned to have patience and say "oh well"

"A green back with orange and red on the belly. Within the first 10 minutes I had 2 lakers in the canoe and the third.....shit, I grabbed the line and the little bastard snapped it off and made off with my lure"

Sounds like you have lots of memories.

I have done this exact trip and really enjoy the area. Poacher lake has always been good to us with lakers. Thanks for the report
