Took a discover fly fishing class at the local college, got hooked (no pun intended) and decided to try my hand on my next quetico trip (leaving Friday). My first question is, where do I need to buy flys at? Is there a place to buy them in Ely, or do I need to try and buy some here in KY. Secondly, its really just a plea for some advice, and tips or tricks that you would like to share.
Thanks,
Matt

You should be able to find a few in Ely. Spirit of the Wildereness has had a few around in the past. However, you could try Great Lake Fly Shop in Duluth or The Superior Fly Angler in Superior. Both have a nice selection of bass and northern flies. Good Luck!
