A short video showing the loons enticing my dog to chase.
This group continued to grow until there were 8 loons.

Love the photo show!! The first concert I ever went to was Eric Clapton and Muddy Waters with Johnny Winter at the Chicago theater in 1979 Clapton, Muddy Waters, Johnny Winter
I was 17, living in the age of AM disco radio and had never heard anything like their sound before. I remember not being able to talk, I was shaking, teary- I was so overcome with the music- I kept saying to the guy who took me to the concert- what IS this? I can't believe how amazing this is!!! He said "It's the Blues- you will never be the same now!" He was right.
Nice trip muddy!

Yes, she sleeps with me in the tent, she sleeps with me in the bed...how did we get where we are at??!! It was nice having another set of ears, she only got huffy once in the tent...I think it was a smaller animal, I didn't even look.
She had SSOOOO much fun running around and swimming whenever she wanted (she, of course, LOVES the water)! She would go over to the tent and nose the door in the afternoon for her nap. I would zip her in and in about an hour or so I would see the tent door being pushed out and I would zip her out!
My trip partner for August has stated that she could come along for that canoe trip. We will see...I haven't told her yet of the possibility!

I have been wondering about how our lab would fare. Jake has never been in a canoe and the boundary waters is not the place to try it out I would imagine. I can't shake the thought of the possibilities though. Perhaps when has a couple more years under his belt to completely shake the puppy out of him.
