For the American Birkebeiner ski race? In a "normal" year I would ski the 50k Birkie, but due to lack of snow and lack of training I switched to the Korteloppet which is 23K. If you've never done it I would highly recommend it. It is a very fun and well organized event that attracts some world class skiiers. I'll let you know how my race goes.

Wow he's really good! How does he train in Oklahoma? For me it's a victory just to finish and maybe set a personal best time.

266 place, it looks like the soft southern life isn't helping his time. it does appear that he is the top oklahoma skiier. he probably beat all the texans too.

Not me. I would like to attend an event like that someday though.
Going to kiddo's hockey today and tomorrow.
Gunflint next weekend for some skiing though.
