I have been contemplating about the route from Lake one-two-three-four, to insula, thomas, disappointment, and exiting out of snowbank. My canoe is a Madriver guide which is heavy and slow on the flat water. How many days you experts think I will need to do this route?

I did this same route in 2006. A week is plenty of time. I think we had 3 camps over 7 nights. Without layovers you could do it in 3-4 nights.

Have done this route with teenagers, boys, girls, and mixed groups. It was always a 5-day trip with 1 lay-over. I might suggest going in on Snowbank. That lake can get interesting when you are paddling west later in the day. You can certainly get to Lake One landing from Insula by early afternoon.
