Winter really sucked this year, but I am enjoying the early spring. Haven't been on the road bike yet (lots of debris still on the roads from winter), but have been putting on some miles on the mountain bike. Feels good to be rolling again!

YES it does!! Very mild winter here this year which was good except I had foot surgery mid Dec. and did not get back on the road bike until the end of January! But I have been riding hard so far and have a little over 1100 miles ridden as of today. Longest on the road is 68 miles so far.

Wife and I have been looking at some areas to do some cycling vacations where we could pull our camper to and ride the surrounding areas. Let me know if you know of any areas like that!

i rode both of my bikes most of the winter. i have done this for many years. i got lucky last fall and bought a very good condition Novara Ponderosa for $9.95 at ARC. perfect condition in the fall, now not so much, winter is hell on bikes.

I have been out several times now riding. It is quite nice. Doesn't make up for the lack of XC skiing though. Now I have more winter fat to work off since I didn't get to during the winter.
