My middle son had thyroid cancer when he was younger and had the thyroid removed. A couple of month ago, he felt a growth in his throat. He went to the doctor who told him it was very serious. Further checks located several other growth areas in his throat. An ultra sound confirmed the doctor's suspicions. My son went to two specialists, one from the Mayo Clinic. A sample was taken for checking (forget what you call this - ah, biopsy) and a surgery date was set. Last diagnostic was a MRI. He had that a few days ago.
Wing and I prayed for healing. I kinda went out on a limb and prayed that there would be no cancer. I've felt kinda funny about that several times since, in view of the news we were receiving from the doctors. Wing had more of a problem with praying for complete healing - as she is a nurse. She first prayed that the doctors would have wisdom and that God would guide their hands. Then we went to the instruction book (bible) and she decided we needed to pray for no cancer.
Just learned this evening: Regenerated thyroid tissue - no cancer. All further medical appointments cancelled.
All I can say is - they were so sure, and these weren't GPs, these are specialists - some of the best on earth - I'm convinced it was cancer - and now it is gone. By the hand of God!
That's very cool! Need to hear those stories. A long time ago I went to a seminar on healing presented by a guy with a center for healing in Ohio. He said some very practical things I hadn't thought of. He talked of persistent prayer and offered the thought that the bigger the physical problem, the more we should pray. He invited us to pray as often as we take pills (not that we shouldn't use medicine!) so if you'd take a pill three times a day why not pray three times a day for your sickness? Thanks for the report!
