When is an act of kindness not really an act of kindness? I have someone in my circle who always seems to need help and needs it again. My sense of frustration has been rising with each occurring incident. I wonder if I'm "enabling" or helping. Your thoughts?
My friend and I had a younger man that was a father and a husband and we both bent over backwards to help this man out,Bible studies, prayer, encouragement, money, time to help clean his home, help with finding a job. It all boiled down to,in my opinion, was that he just did not want to do it on his own, or just plain lazy. He hasn't changed and I am investing my time with other people.
