Since the Mountain House 10 ounce ProPak won't feed 2 hungry paddlers, we set our Beef Stroganoff meal aside to heat for the 8-9 minutes, then whipped up a batch of Idahoan "Baby Reds" mashed potatoes.

When the potatoes were made we decided to pour the Stroganoff over them like gravy! Hands down the best meal of our recent 8-day trip to Quetico.
