Interesting report. I am curious about the Snowtrekker tent you used. It appears?to have the chimney in the back wall. Is this correct? Did this pose any problems for you with the tent being crowded, having to crawl over everybody with fire wood, etc?
I set a goal of losing 10 lbs. this year. I only have 15 left to lose.

Yes it did. It wasn't a real big deal since we loaded the back of the tent up with wood prior to spreading out all our sleeping bags. I was told that this was one of the first prototypes made and the stove location moved around. Overall it didn't really bother any of us. We had four people and two dogs in a 3 person Snowtrekker and we somehow fit, very snug.
The more you do, the more you are.

We had our Snowtrekker custom done as well. Our stove pipe comes out the top of the tent, we haven't had the chance to try it out that way, but think it will be toasty warm. We had them leave the traditional stove jack for larger groups.
Thanks for the trip report!!! :)

There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes.

Reading your report and having you mention me brought a smile to my face! Your photos and report were very enjoyable and make me think of going back for more, next year! Your cabin looks awesome too... Bill
