Well......not exactly intentional, but I spent the last week camping in my Snowtrekker tent and after several days of rain and flooding here in Northern Illinois, I am glad to report that the Snowtrekker stayed as dry as a bone.

I actually loved sleeping out in the rain. Very peaceful listening to the rain falling on the canvas. Staying warm with the stove going. Life don't get no better.

I just love using my canvas tents in spring and fall. Makes shoulder season canoe trips comfortable and worry free regardless of the weather. Even rain, wind and 38 degrees is a good time. It just takes one extra pack for the tent and little stove. Well worth it.

I loved summer rains in the big canvas wall tents at Scout camp. I can see one of tense Snowtrekers or similar is in my future. Every tine they come up here it leaves me longing.
