Returned home a couple days ago from my solo up the Moose and along the boarder. Had all kinds of weather and had to end a bit earlier than planned due to a medical issue that culminated with my first ride in an ambulance and a night in the Ely hospital. Glad to be home, sad the trip was truncated. Will try to put together a trip report in the next few days.

Yep. The good news is that I now now all of my major organs are healthy and are doing just fine. Frustrating way to discover that, however.

Glad to hear your on the mend being in the bush is not the place to have medical problems, but if I have to meet my maker that is the place I want to be, sorry to the folks that have to drag my carcass out of the woods. FRED
