      Gorp with coconut

I do not recommend GORP with coconut. The coconut gets all over the place. Tastes great, makes a mess.

The best GORP I've had was almonds, dark chocolate M&Ms, coconut, and dried cherries. but I'll eat it at home. :)

Try checking around at some the stores that may have bulk bins with nuts and dried fruit. I have found coconut flakes there about the size of a fingernail, mixed into the gorp its not as messy.

Costco sells a large bag of dried young coconut where the pieces are large and chunky. I like to add it into my gorp.

I agree. i get some dried fruit mix that has coconut flakes in it and they get all over the place. Not worth it in my opinion.
