Hello,

I am currently looking at PFD's for my 8 year old vizsla and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

Thank you,

Cary

This is what my dogs wear Ruffwear Float Coat

Little spendy for a dog PFD, but the quality is much better than others I've used in the past. My bigger dog has the old version which I like better because the neck has velcro, this new one just slides over the head (but can be adjusted). To give you an idea on sizing...I have a 10 month old 70 pound shepherd/blue heeler mix, the Medium fits him perfect.

We highly recommend RuffWear products. Daisy (golden retriever) has a PFD and rain jacket. Smart, attractive design, functional, and well made.

I was looking at the Ruffwear one, but ultimately landed on the one from Bass Pro Shop .

A very high quality company is called D-fa Dogs

I had a Ruffwear pfd for my Aussie but needed a smaller one for my Border Collie. I can say without hesitation that the D-fa brand is better. If you want the best give them a try.

Ruffwear K9 Float Coat. Very worth the money.

Any idea on your BC's weight, and what size you got?
