Why do people like to imprint the time and date on a nice picture they took? I think it looks bad and takes away from the beauty of the picture. Then there is the person that has the wrong date on the picture so that it's meaningless. Just a pet peave of mine. Thoughts?

I ask my sister about the date on all her pictures. She told me she didn't like it either but could not figure out how to turn it off. Took a while but we figured it out.

Folks have stopped reading user manuals. Digitals are no more difficult, you just need to learn. No more mysterious than finding out what film camera flash shutter speed matches the cameras shutter/flash type.
