Good luck and have fun! You've done the prep, now enjoy the trip with your four-legged best friend. I'm sure there will be some surprises, lots of laughs, a few mishaps - just like with people. But nothing beats the fun of sharing the wilderness with an enthusiastic dog.

Hey, as long as she is a Velcro dog and doesn't jump out of the canoe at inopportune times, you will have a great time! I only say that as she looks to be part lab and they are infamous for chasing waterfowl and wandering off. I'm betting you're already aware of any issues like that but good luck anyways!

Enjoy yourselves! The first trip with your dog is always a ton of fun! And my black lab does just fine up there, water fowl on the river, ruffed grouse on the portages, and all. Although her first mink sighting was nearly an event (it followed our canoe along the shore line for 5 mins).
Stop destroying our planet. It's where I keep all my stuff.

The trip went great, thank you for asking! It was colder than normal, and we took our first involuntary swim while fully loaded due to some fast water and a missed portage, but besides that it was fantastic. The dog never jumped out of the boat unless told to do so, and she got so excited to go canoeing that by the end of the trip that we had to spell "boat" when around her. She loved the camping and portaging, and went to sleep each night thoroughly exhausted. I would definitely take her again.
