Articulated perch or bass, or double bunny.

Hard to beat a bunny fly or a big Dahlberg diver.

For trolling, I use a huge Clouser half and half on sinking line.

+1. Rabbit is awesome for pike and smallie flies. Actually most fish! I find the key with most rabbit patterns is the correct weighting. I like the fly to dip head first on the pause, but slowly. Often fish, and especially bigger than average fish, will follow and just sit and stare at the fly, that rabbit hair undulating and softly moving, then the quiet head dip on the pause will trigger the strike.
