Good wintertime reading. Guy did a LOT for wilderness and wildlife preservation.
When I first heard about this book I was able to pick up a copy from the library....major thick book.... If I had seen it before ordering it I wouldn't have bothered with something that big.
Finally got a copy to put on my Kindle which makes much easier reading.

The Wilderness Warrior.............

I have not read this, but if this book didn't get into Teddy's exploration of an uncharted Amazon river tributary, then you should really read "The River of Doubt".

Pretty amazing that a president or any politician would do a trip like that. Lots of good info on some of the hazards he faced and rainforest ecology.

River of doubt is a good read. I think he made the trip after being in office.
