I think this falls under "art"....... or using your creative talents and photos for professional looking cards.
I made a discovery today, and I am feeling pretty smug about it. I finally discovered how to create personal postcards of my BWCA travels. I like to send postcards when I go up north on my annual trips, but I grow tired of the same old same old. I can never find the right card with the right words……… until today
If you are marginally good at using MS WORD (I use WORD 2003), then down load a post card template and do you own. I down loaded a template (from MS) called Pacific Northwest Designs.
The design has 2 cards per page (picture on front and words on back). After that, you customize the template with your own words and pictures. These are very professional looking
Try a trial on cheap paper first because you will need to pass the paper through the printer twice……… on my printer (to get front and back).
I plan on making a custom set of cards (one for each lucky recipient……….) with my route information on back and one of my many BWCA pictures in front. Then I will drop them in the nearest post box at my entry (Ely on May 30 for starters).
Happy artistic creativity……
