Slush in the BWCA? (snowbank, Dissappointment?)

Hi-

We're going up into Snowbank and Disappointment next weekend (Feb 13) and wondering if anyone's been up there recently and if there is a slush report? snow report? trail report? are the dog sleds still using the trail from snowbank to disappointment? or do they go to parent?

I don't have any first hand accounts this winter of slush conditions, but I would venture to say you should not have to worry about it. We have had some good cold snaps with very little snow, so the ice should be good and solid.

As far as the route, the mushers use the portage from snowbank to disappointment.
