I got one for my birthday last summer. Used it on a fall trip. It was cool. Made a couple of pale ales during the trip. I would never take it on a longer trip.... But it was fun to have for a low key weekend trip.

Something like this

It has the same thread as Nalgeen bottles, and will take any cap that fits including the valved caps. I use it as travel water container when paddling hiking.

Butthead has inspired me, reviews look great and I'll be getting this unit for decent beer and mixers

Wife got me one for my birthday. Tried it out with the root beer was not bad.

She did order me the Beer Kits. The only problem is they can't ship to IL, so she had to ship them to her brother in law and I will see him in July to get them.
