I have a GoPro Hero3+ camera. I used it last trip and when I reviewed them they were choppy. When I view the ones online I see them mounted to a mountain bike or skier and the video is crystal clear. What settings should I be using to get clear video? I'm looking for the exact settings you use. The video I shoot is on a portage, underwater, around camp, and paddling. Thanks for your help.

1)Camera resulotion 4K, 2.7K, 1440, 1080 super, 1080, 960, 720 super, 720, WVGA? 2)Frames per second, 60, 48, 30, 24?
3)Field of vision, wide, medium, narrow?
4)Pro Tune on or off?
