My wife thought I was crazy for spending that kind of money on one Pan and Cover but I'm excited to use it. I ordered the Cosmetic Second Expedition 10 1\2 by 2". To help me get my moneys worth I was hoping a few folks wouldn't mind throwing out a few of their favorite Fry-Bake Wilderness dishes. If I just use it for pancakes & fish I just wasted $71.00.

I've read reviews on these for years......my buddy broke down and bought a set last year....we used them on our September Frost river trip.....wow! Anything you can cook in a dutch oven, you can cook in these....our first night was a batch of jumbalaya...during the course of a week, we cooked nearly every meal out of these. Baked biscuits/pan breads...fried fish....I know you were looking for specific recipes...I will dig up some of the ones that I have used, but there are several good sites on the web with dutch oven recipes....Oh yeah, I now have my own set of fry bake pans....

I just ordered the same one. I wanted something I can set on the coals, and that bakes better than what I have now (fry pan with lid).
