Hey guys went on my first trip 2 weeks ago and had a blast. Ill get a trip report up soon but just wanted to quickly talk about the garmin bwca chip i bought for my Oregon for the trip. We had maps of course but i used the gps mainly. I wasnt sure how good the detail and accuracy would be of the garmin maps but i loved it. It showed very accurately portages and campsites and had depth contours for every lake we went to. In case anyone is on the fence about trying it out i would highly recommend it. Was extremely helpful the entire week. I know it isnt something you need but it was really nice to have.
