this isnt exactly a camp recipe (but it could be) but it was amazingly good. fryed bass on toast w/tater sauce and top with a mixed caesar salad, great taste combination :)

I bet that combo would be great as a wrap sandwich using a tortilla in the BWCA. You could bring a bagged Caesar salad in and use it the first day?
