Does anyone have any experience using either of these? I'm curious if they are useful or not. Does the side table help expand your cooking surface? Does the water spigot on the tank have issues when heated? Here are some links to what I'm talking about:

Water Tank
Thanks in advance for any opinions!

I have found the side table to be extremely worth it.
I have found the water tank to be more problematic and not worth it.

The side table is almost a necessity. Allows you to move pots on and off the cooking surface as needed.
The tank is only useful if the stove is going 24/7. Freezing of the water would ruin the valve.

I set a goal of losing 10 lbs. this year. I only have 15 left to lose.

I've seen lots of side tables on stoves in photos of trip reports for winter camping on this site and other sites. I hardly ever see a water tank on a stove in a photo.

I have the side table and love it. Great for keeping things warm without too much heat. I didn't get the water tank as I didn't think it would be worth it if I let my fire go out during the day or at night. Might make sense in a hunting camp where the stove was always kept going.

Same here, love the extra space the table gives for pots etc.
Only used the water tank a couple of times.
