What songs bring you strength during tough times?

There are a few that come to mind for me but .......

r Casting Crowns.. Just be Held really sticks out for me. Last fall when our 3rd grade daughter had a scare and spent a week at Children's Hospital this song seemed to come on the radio a few times at "just the right time" for me :) especially the line "Your world's not falling apart it's falling into place"

As in my post Outcry - my favorite song for tough times is Oceans by Hillsong United. My story

I also really like the song Anchor by Hillsong United. Anchor This song reminds me that even in rough water I have an Anchor.

Heroes by Amanda Cook for those times when - yeah you've been dealt a bad hand but are now rising above it.

Broken Vessels by HIllsong United This song is great when you feel like a mess and need a little of His Grace.

I am not alone - this song is such a great reminder that God never ever leaves us. He doesn't promise an easy life, but he always promises and is always faithful that he doesn't leave us to travel those hard roads alone.

I could go on and on and on on this post - as Worship is my love language with God.

Tons of stress at my job right now... But Breathe by Johnny Diaz is a good one to remind you to just step back and take a deep breath! Casting Crowns " Just be Held", is great! I love Big Daddy Weave and My Story too. Love some Toby Mac to get pumped up! God is good all the time!!

I listen to The Message XM much of the time when I'm in the truck (which is A LOT). I love the "Newsboys," saw them a few weeks ago. Worth it just to hear Michael sing We Believe

So many I enjoy, "Casting Crowns," "Kutless," "Third Day," "Mercy Me." But my favorite "When I feel bad" song is Danny Gokey: Tell Your Heart to Beat Again

We have so much good Christian music out there now, so much more than there used to be!
