Currently reading this by Lee Strobel! Has anyone else read this book? This is absolutely fantastic, and rock solid evidence pointing towards a creator!
I can't wait to immerse myself in God's creation. Stare up at His stars and galaxies, the waters he thoughtfully and purposfly created, and the trees and animals.
Can't wait!

Excellent book but I have to say it was more difficult reading than many of my text books in grad school.

Yep, that's Romans 1:19 & 20. God has revealed Himself internally and externally to all people. Many people spend their lifetime denying this because they are proud or don't want to be accountable to a Creator.

I haven't read it, but the evidence for creation really is overwhelming.

Here's another book for your consideration: Modern Physics and Ancient Faith, by Stephen Barr. The author is a professor of physics at the U. of Delaware. It is written for a general audience but he puts in enough math and physics, usually in the appendices, that a scientist like me (also a physicist albeit in the material sciences) can appreciate the arguments.

Have read Case for Christ and Case for a Creator by Strobel. Excellent books,, however as of 2010 , Strobel was a Gap theorist --- ,,, Some of his arguments rest on the assumption of the secular geological time scale, and it is asserted several times that the first life arose long after the beginning of the universe. (Gap between Gen 1:1 and 1:2) This is a major flaw in his book imo, and makes it less useful than it could have been. But still a very useful tool in having a laymen interview experts in there certain professional fields and having them state a Case for a Creator. I do think Strobel sees Christ, correctly as the Creator of Universe--COL 1:15-17.-- if you read both of the above books.

Haven't read the book, but I "Make the case" often to non believers by telling them it takes MORE faith to believe this world could arise from NOTHING than by creation.
If the earth was a little closer or further from the sun, we couldn't exist.
If the rotation was faster or slower, we couldn't exist.
And the human body, look how things have to work PERFECTLY for life to exist, for this to be "By chance" is impossible. It would be infinitely easier to lay a coloring book and set of crayons on a table and expect the colors could one day "Evolve" and "Color" the picture!
Agnosticism and Atheism takes much GREATER faith IMHO? I'll stick with the "Facts," I'll stick with "Creation."

Agreed - all I have to do is walk outside, and take a look... as soon as you start asking any questions... it points directly to a creator.
Hiked along the SHT last weekend, and couldn't believe the sights! Including the rocky outcroppings that are some of the worlds OLDEST rocks. Gods creation is absolutely amazing, and breathtaking!

I had a friend ask me how can you. be so sure god exists, he said you cant see him and you cant touch him how do you know. I said to him, you see that tree over there, you can see it but from a distance you cant touch it, how do you know its real. He says well I can walk up to it and touch it. I then said what if you could never get close enough to touch that tree would you believe it was real beyond any doubt and he said yes. I then told him that although I cant see God, his presence is so strong that I can see him with my heart, every bit as much as you can see that tree with your eyes, I don't need any other proof other than what I know in my heart, and that is all I will ever have to know to believe in his existence. I then went on to tell him about my experience of being born again. I had been hearing God call me for awhile and a time before this happened a buddy of mine had been inviting me to church for a couple years. I finally said yes and when I went, an overwhelming feeling of welcoming came over me, it was an awesome feeling. Fast forward a couple weeks later, this same friend gave me a bible. I had been reading it for awhile and there was a passage in it that said if you want to commit your life to Jesus say this prayer and you will be reborn. This is the freaky/amazing part. I was working in the afternoon of December 26th 2007 and I said this prayer and meant it with all my heart, and im not kidding about this, but 20 seconds after I did this I got a text on my phone that read and I quote " You are top not the bottom, the head not the tail, you are alive in Christ. Can you imagine my shock after reading this text, I was totally freaking out and crying, but then I said to my self ok calm down, Jesus is probably not going to send you a text, find out who he is working through to contact you. So I figured out who it was, it was my sister who was living in arizona at the time. She had no idea what had just happened to me so when I called her I didnt let on at all what had happened, and asked her what made you send me that text. She said she was at work and a voice told her to take a break and send this message to your brother. The moment was so powerful even before I got that text, and I didnt need it to cement my belief, but man was that extraordinary. There was another amazing part to this story that I didnt realize until the next day. When I said the sinners prayer it asks you to document the time and the date of your rebirth, so I wrote in the bible 3:29pm december 26th 2007 . It wasnt until the next day that I realized I had written down the wrong time. I used to always set my watch 13 minutes fast so I was never late to work or whatever, so when I changed the time I realized it was exactly ( 3:16 pm ) Now as believers we all know the signifigance of 3:16 and this just totally blew me away. Non believers will tell you this was just coincidence but there is no way that it was coincidence that my sister sent me that text, and I said the prayer at exactly 3:16. I want to add that there is nothing special about me or nothing out of the order that I have done in my life to receive this amazing gift, Im just a guy that asked Jesus with my heart to come into my life and he did !
