It was time to make some - found some really good tomatoes today. Add some cucumber, Vidalia onion, green pepper, celery, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar (well, I didn't have sherry), salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. Blend and chill. :).

Yes, it is, and there are a lot of variations. I like a watermelon, cucumber, and mint variation.
