One of out party was gluten free so breading was out. So we did some filets on the stove with some squeeze margarine / soy sauce...sauted on low heat couple minutes on each side. Soy Sauce now comes in plastic bottle.... Certainly easy to do a tasted good...
Now if I had only remembered the lemon-pepper.

Did you use regular soy sauce? Hopefully not because regular soy sauce has gluten in it. Luckily, the do make gluten free soy sauce.

Low sodium, gluten free, in a plastic bottle.... This gluten free business was a new thing for this kid....worked out fine though.

Sounds good, you can also find gluten free bread crumbs, I've used them for making my own fish breading... Couldn't tell a difference, grabbed it by accident didn't realize until I was home.

A simple/not messy way to cook fish is to take a fillet damp with water and coat it with a thin layer of coarse brown rice flour and salt/spices. Cook in just a tbsp or two of olive oil in a hot pan. The coarse flour gives you a nice texture, without overwhelming the flavor of the fish, and without a big mess. Gluten free as well.
