Start with the 7 cups of water or whatever the instructions say. Add a package of dehydrated sweet corn, 1-2 # of precooked dehydrated hamburger, dehydrated tomato paste (6 oz can) and bring to a rolling boil....check to see if the paste has pretty much rehydrated... Add the package of chili and continue heatingas the recipe calls for (simmer 25 minutes I think or cozy up). Serve over or with large elbow macaroni. If you have some mushrooms taken out of the can and put in a zip lock bag in your cold pack...add them as well. If you happen to have some shredded cheese to sprinkle on top ...so much the better. Pretty labor free...and tastes decent.
