Was on a trip this weekend and saw a sign on the sawbill trail for a lost train still in intact. Can't find any information on it or just not sure if its a myth. Any resources and info would be great thanks! Sign says ' This road bed was used for railroad logging from 1898 to 1938. During this boom period, Minnesota had over 2500 miles of logging railroad tracks, 3000 cars and 200 locomotive's. There is a tale of an old logging locomotive setting intact somewhere in this general area. No one has ever found it. Can you?" Thanks!
