Just finished this book. Really good and such great tips and tricks of the trade. Well worth reading if any of you haven't yet. Starting other books now by him Mike

I have several of Mr. Jacobson's books and will find myself referencing them through out the year. (May just be an aging thing.) My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting him at the BWCA Expo last June. We enjoyed his presentation very much as well as everyone else at the expo, as he had the attention of just about everyone there. If they hold the Expo at Seagull Lake again this year we will be certain to attend once again. Knots for the Outdoors is an annual reference. (Again, may just be.)
In wilderness is the preservation of the world. - Henry David Thoreau
