Forget what is in the past: so you can move forward: Ask God to show you the richness of His grace and give you strength to run the race today.

See others as Jesus does: As you look at other people in our culture who are not following Jesus, how do you respond to them, with anger? Indifference? Or,do you weep? Pray daily for God to deepen your concern for those who are enemies of the cross.

Eliminate sinful habits: Evaluate your life for any sinful habits that restrict you from maturing spiritually. Confess the sin and be aggressive in removing this habit from your life.

Hope someone else needed this today as much as I did. I often wonder sometimes why things don't go the way I think they should and it's because His ways are not my ways and His thoughts are not my thoughts. His are always greater.
If I try harder to be more like Jesus then my wants will be the same as His and then God will finally do things the way I want!! God bless!!!

Thanks, All things from the word are good! I'm doing the You Version Bible in a Year with Devotional. It's been good! The devotional has some great prayers in it, I have copied and pasted several into the notes on my phone so I can pray them in certain situations... like everyday!
I am also doing a book series called 33 The Series, from the Authentic Manhood Program, it's great to have fellowship with other Christian guys and have people to hold you accountable!
