Knowing that their Pseudo Sue was really something, I chose this brew on tap with lunch at Brew Ales & Eats in Perham. Very enjoyable floral and citrus-y aroma and a great bitter finish. It tasted much bolder than its 5.5% ABV, meaning a second pint was a no-brainer.

Toppling Goliath is, in my opinion, one of the best breweries in the country. Everything they do is very good. Golden Nugget is also a go to beer of mine, one of the best readily available IPA's and very drinkable. Pompeii is absolutely wonderful and I wish it was available more often, hard to find.

Had a pint at Boulder Taphouse in Mankato yesterday. Very good.
