Camp Notes:
Great campsite, space for 3-4 small tents. Open enough to let some wind in , whether it is coming from the west, north, or east, to keep the bugs down. A cow moose was spotted across the little bay on morning #2.

Entry Point was Hungry Jack. Decent campsite though it was up a bit from the lake. Breeze was nice. Consensus of group that Duncan was the best lake experience. I think it was due to, in a large part, the fact that we had an incredible display of the Northern Lights one night - so bright it came through the tent walls. Incredible. Also caught smallmouth at the falls and lake trout in the narrows leading west to Rat Lake Lake.

Catches a nice breeze if wind is from the west or north which helps keep bugs at bay. There is access to the BRT for hiking, but not directly from the campsite. You need to walk east to the last campsite, then you can connect to the BRT. You can get there by walking west on the shore, but it is not a good trail.

Camp Notes:
Awesome secluded beach landing complete with log seating which provides a great place to sit and marvel at the towering cliffs on the Canadian side. Multiple premium tent pad options and the right mix of sheltering shoreline trees that provide shade, shelter, tarp options but still have a few holes to provide nice views of the lake. Log seating is still good but is getting dilapidated. Even the latrine is in a nice grove of mature cedars. BRT access as well.

Beautiful site. Quiet, wonderful views, and a great landing (if you can find the hidden beach to the east of the bank). Latrine is a ways back but in an open area and on a hill. Good tent pad with small trees nearby to tie up tarp. Could fish off the bank right near the fire pit.
