Day Dogsled Rides and Adventures

No trip to Ely and the BWCA winter is complete without a dogsled ride. Tom Roach, an experienced 21 year veteran of the sport, is on site every Saturday for our introduction to dogsledding and rides across Big Lake, the BWCA and more. Included with our Winter Prime Package

Day Trip to Hegman Lake Pictographs

All of our Cabin Rentals include the use of Snowshoes for lodge trails and off site treks to Hegman Lake located on the Echo Trail.

When it hits -40 and the night is dark sets the stage for rugged outdoor skills, especially if you are on one of our winter camping trips to LaPond or Nina Moose lake!
