My story "Kahshahpiwi Base Camp" (the original title was "Full Moon Over Kahshahpiwi"), detailing last year's trip, is in the new BWJ. Let me know what you think--I'm a photographer--writing is grueling work for me.

I received mine a few days ago and will check out your story. The first thing I do when my BWJ shows up is page through the pictures. They always put a smile on my face.

I know some people are put off by the BWJ but there have been some really interesting and informative articles lately (besides mine, of course). Here's the link to the original 2010 trip report which was basically refined for BWJ (and only one of my photos was published with it). I need to learn how to spell Kahshahpiwi also.

Just got it today. I enjoyed reading your article. It was in the trip report style, and informative. I like he detail of the route you provided.

I always enjoy your pics too. Didn't put the name with your moniker until last year though :)

Just was paging through the pictures today. Looks like a real good issue. Your story is of particular interest because I will be routing up that way in September.

I am always very happy when the new issue arrives.

Springer, are you at liberty to repost the text for those of us who don't get the BWJ? Understood if copyright issues do not allow that, but I wasn't sure what kind of rights you retained as author when you agreed to publishing the BWJ, so I thought it was worth asking. Thanks!
