We did that route in reverse. Our first night, we camped on an unnamed lake just west of Isabella, then came through the multiple "puddles" south of Kahshahpiwi, including Side Lake, got into Kahshahpiwi and took the portage to McNiece and camped on Yum Yum.
The next morning, we went through Gray and Unnamed to Shade, then up through the Noon and Summer to camp on Sultry. From Yum Yum to Sultry was half a day's paddle & portage.
We purposely got a late start the next day (a combination sleep-in and fishing morning), then headed up to Silence and into Agnes, took a short side-trip north to view some pictos, then headed south to a campsite on Agnes a little south of the halfway mark.
As I recall, it was all relatively easy paddling and portaging. We weren't in a hurry but moved right along.

We made the trip on June 8 from just north of Louis Falls on Agnes to the picto's, then Silence, then some smaller lakes into Traut, and finally into Kashahpiwi. It took us 10.5 hours and sometimes the portages disappeared. It was the best, worst trip ever. Wish I could do it again.

What is this route like from Agnes, through Silence, to Kash? How long can I expect it to take traveling at a moderate pace. What are the water ways like? We're planning to travel this route on Sunday.

The waterways are like high, flush with excess water. On Sunday, you should be able to make it in one day. Any other day of the week, you should allow two days.
