I have a tent and stove I will likely not be using in Feb. I am headed out this week for 5-6 days. If you'd like to check into using mine drop me a note and your email address. I just got my gear for my first solo trip! After looking into rentals gear everywhere, I ended up buying my own. I live in the metro too.

We are four people and would be very interested in renting your gear or trading for our sleds? other gear? beer?(!)

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hey all-

We're almost fully planned for our Feb winter camping adventure...

Wondering if anyone knows anyone other than Pirigas that rents canvas tents and woodstoves? I see the canoeist did, but isn't this year due to a move... We all live in the Twin Cities and are planning to go thru Ely.

Thanks in advance for your help-

I know Piragis in Ely rents them. The Canoeist in Two Harbors used to, but I believe they are temporarily closed as they are in the process of moving.
